Founded in the year 2000, Corrales Winery is family owned and operated. They specialize in finely crafting small quantities of rich, delicious wines showcasing the fruit flavors of the finest grapes grown under the New Mexico sun. They have their own vineyard located adjacent to the winery that produces award winning Muscat Canelli dessert wine. This was a fun project and I was able to taste some really incredible wines.
